📋 About the Fishery
Hardwick Lake and Smiths Pool are two of Linear Fisheries’ original carp waters, connected by a narrow channel to create one fantastic venue. These lakes have a long-standing reputation for producing beautiful, well-conditioned carp that were carefully and intentionally selected to suit the waters. Linear regularly stock the water to maintain quality fishing throughout the season.
🐟 Fish Stock
Just over 1,000 carp in total, with a healthy number exceeding 20lb. At least twenty fish have been caught over 30lb, with three of those going past 40lb — making this a serious water for anglers chasing a personal best. The lakes also hold big pike, bream to 15lb, tench to 11lb, and roach and rudd close to 3lb.
